The concept of the Finishing School is based on the fact that more than 70 per cent of the professional graduates from engineering and management lacked skills to match corporate world’s input employability requirements. For ordinary graduates or school leavers this situation is far from worse.

Thus, there is a strong need to develop bridge courses for the fresh professional graduates or non professional graduates to equip them with the necessary employability skills which are input/ pre-requirements for most of the entry level corporate jobs.

Professional Academy Finishing School has been conceptualized to bridge this gap based on the comprehensive understanding of the various skill sets required for the modern day jobs in various sectors. The school imparts one to three months training on combination of soft skills and technical skills based on the specific job input requirements.
